Education in Nigeria

Yerwa Government Girls Secondary School in Nigeria is a boarding school for displaced children, and for many of whom, the school environment is their only source of psychosocial support.

Unfortunately, the classrooms were dilapidated and the windows broken, and the accommodation had no electricity. Students were forced to study in the dark. Naza supported UNICEF with a donation to transform the school and welcome 5,600 girls back after COVID-19. The principal believes this is a project that will speak for generations.
